The track was build around a speech made by the french president related to the huge amount of money spend for the social aid. In the track, only part of the speech was used
and additional speech was added related to the decrease of income tax for the rich, the spend pof money for dishes.
Samples were made based on some famous 80's bands and turned into short loops. The message in some instalces sounds like an advice.
I used Audacity to create the loops and then, the track was build using Ableton
