Antonio Arango - murmurations

from Sounds in Space by various

/

about

Nature is impersonal.

Its principles are amoral; this is evident in the way all living things die and indeed often suffer, regardless of "their morality"

We humans, are concerned with justice and cultural sophistication, but the Universe is not. The principles of Nature are external to us (even though we are part of it)

The time we live today shows a certain unleashing of nature against what alters its balance. If its equilibrium implies getting rid of us, it is because we have earned it. Paradoxically, we contributed to it

.

It is still not known, for sure, how the synchronization mechanism of some bird species such as starlings works; perhaps it is simpler than it seems.

Speculating, with a drawing I am working on, I orient a chaos as a natural omen.

We must learn from Nature,
to be a real part of it,
to be part of its balance
and its times and to recognise ourselves
as part of this Nature, of this universe
