The piece I would like to contribute to this timely project is not just a tribute, the recording was made more than a year ago by Scud Hero and myself, Erizonte, and is inspired by the popular Messe pour le temps present, our intention was to ask maestro Pierre Henry to complete it with the instrument of his choice. I could not locate him, and on July 5th of this year it was too late ...

Many thanks to I.F.A.R. for giving a new life to this piece. We have completed the part reserved for Pierre Henry with a touch of concrete music using my usual "instruments": the vibrant sound of the desktop rulers and the mysterious hoot of the electric cable tube. Complying with label requierements, we have an excellent cover by the Latin Grammy nominee locktite.

The deep influence of this famous work of Pierre Henry is due to it being employed as the tune of the television program "Estudio Abierto". Surely a rarity: music like this on the most watched program of the week when there was only public television, during the dictatorship. It was the beginning of the 70ties and this music promised us an exciting future, much better than that gray and oppressive present. We were 10 years old and, even when we knew nothing, not only about him, but nothing about the music itself, we did know that one day we would be musicians and that we wanted to make music like this.
