This work, a tribute to the innovation and inspirations of Pierre Henry, is created using acoustic sources and resonance techniques. All of the sounds are created in a manner consistent with the techniques and approaches of Pierre Henry and are, in a sense, pure musique concrète. Typical tape-music techniques of speed change, reversal, splicing, and juxtaposition are combined with high feedback resonance filtering techniques. The materials are spatialized in stereo using the SPAT Revolution system of IRCAM.
