hahahaaa. I created that name in... wait a minute... 2005, I think. It was simply a critique from the bottom of "beauty" and "right", which became fashionable with noise music (and many, many years before with industrial music - I refer only and almost exclusively to Genesis P-Orridge). But in mine (and in those of Chris) "primitivist" intentions, no kind of reference was contemplated. Indeed, we meant (and still intend) to go beyond (or make "tabula rasa"... maybe it's really "zero degree") any kind of music (put in it also the words "patchwork", "collagism", "mash-up" ). Simple (sometimes orgasmic) sound anarchy. Pure autistic grace. A genre made of all kinds and of no kind... maybe (?)
But you, dear Shaun, feel free to do what you want with the traces. You can safely have a hypercritical approach towards them. Traces in themselves do not want to be a solution to anything, they themselves, perhaps, want to be a problem. It's up to you then, to leave the problem open, aggravate it or solve it. Love
