Playing music since he was 6, Stephono Zip has been a keyboardist, a singer, an author and a cello player. He's been playing firstly computer-based electronic music (with which he ranked second at the contest "La musica elettronica italiana nel 2061" launched by Club To Club), then he came close to analog instruments.
He has composed nearly 50 tracks during the last 2 years; the present work is his first piece of musique concrËte.
The present track has been recorded with a TEAC A-3440, on a 7'' coil, speed ips 19, using 3 balloons, one elastic band played on an acoustic guitar and a flute.
Stephono Zip's music is characterized by echos of both classical and alien music.
