about

Enfant, j'ai toujours ressenti que les objets pensaient et avait leur vie propre et leur propre language. Cette petite pièce incarne ce propos avec la vie de 3 instruments ou objets musicaux :
une senza, un bol chantant et une clochette.

Composer of electroacoustic, instrumental and mixed music. Interpreter in sound projection. Film director. Multimedia artist. performer
Born in 1968 in Aix-Les-Bains - France
• Diploma II at the 2015 SYNC Festival competition electroacoustic and multimedia music - Live multimedia category in Ekaterinburg - Urals - Russia with live multimedia performance "Virtual Happiness"

".
• Special jury prize for the most innovative and technological multimedia work of the SYNC Festival 2010 in Yekaterinburg - Urals - Russia with the film "III"
In 2003, he obtained a diploma from the Conservatoire National de Region of Marseilles, electroacoustic music class of Pascal Gobin (mention very good with unanimity) - Prix Sacem. In 2004, he continued in the CNR class in Marseille. His research focuses on scenic devices for setting sound space, technical and natural spatialization, the role of the listener in musical creations. He creates sound and visual installations, performances, and '' cinema for the ear ''.
Since 1995, he has composed numerous acoustic pieces in stereo and octophony, broadcast among others, at the Futura festival, at the "Synthèse de Bourges" festival, at the Glaz'art in Paris, at the Noroît center, at the MIA, at Gmem in Marseille, in Brussels with Musiques & Recherches, at the Zeppelin Festival of Barcelona ...
Since 2000, he has also composed instrumental pieces with handwriting, movement and body constraints, and mixed pieces for instruments and sounds fixed on a medium or electronic
with live processing, and open, graphic or intuitive parts.
During the year 2013, he worked with Camille Giuglaris and Ensemble O.Y.A.A.T.O on a piece for cello, analog synthesizers, live processing, video capture and projection of 3D images at the Cirm studio's (National creation center of music) of Nice. Transuniversalys 70's was premiered at the Manca Festival on November 26, 2013. Ordered by Cirm.
In addition, he created in 2003 the Tsunami association which deals with the festival A sound by there>, the Ensemble OYAATO (repertoire of the 20th and 21st century), the SPAM (Polymorphic Station of Musical Acoustics) (place contemporary creations and residences) and the AcousmoSpam (orchestra of speakers with 26 broadcast channels and 40 speakers) currently hosted by the CNRR Marseille (Academy of music of Marseille).
In 2003, he also set up children's choirs following educational workshops on listening and sound composition, presented at the Théâtre du Merlan (National scene of Marseille).
Since then, he has been creating several body creation or sound poetry workshops and "listening salons" in various libraries or social centers.
During the 2012-2013 school year, he conducted pedagogical workshops at the Gmem (National music center of Marseille) with students from the Lycée agricole des Calanques, working on the soundscape and machine tools. The song Calanques Orchestra is created in public and outdoors on May 23, 2013 _Commande Gmem.
He makes several experimental films where the complete image, marries with or replaces the sound. For JL.Gergonne, music is born of silence, gesture and movement.
In his compositions, he incorporates constraints and rules of play that lead the performer to forget; forget his quest for virtuosity for the benefit of his intimate depths. They invite us to enigmatic rituals, where music is born from the body and creeps slowly into our hypnotized minds.
Instrumental, electronic, experimental, electroacoustic or teaching music, it is in any case music to live.
Since 2002, he is also an interpreter in acousmonium spatialization.
He is currently studying Regis Campo's composition class (cycle III) at the Marseille Conservatoire

As a child, I always felt that objects were thinking and had their own life and their own language. This small piece embodies this purpose with the life of 3 instruments or musical objects: a senza, a singing bowl and a little bell.
