বিবর্ণ আলো

ঘরের অন্ধকারে প্রদীপ জ্বেলে ছোট্ট মেয়ে জন্ম নিলো ।
তৃষ্ণার্ত পিতার মুখে হাসির আলো 
ফুটে উঠলো ।
কাতর কণ্ঠে বাবা গান ধরলো 
"আমার সোনা কোথায় গেলি 
পাচ্ছি না কেন রে ?"
মুচকি হাসে সপ্তদশ তারা 
বলে শুধু একবার চেয়ে দেখো 
মেঘে ঢাকা চাদরে লুকিয়ে আমি।

বাড়িয়ে দে তোর হাতে রাখা জ্বলন্ত সিগারেট ।
ধোয়ার অন্তরে প্রবেশ করি 
ঢুকতে গিয়ে দেখি 
দ্বার যে বন্ধ ।
হয়তো ধোয়ার ছোয়া ছুলোনা 
অন্তরের অন্ধকার ।
কি বা করবে এই ভিকারী 
অশ্রুজল সহ এক বিকট আর্তনাদ।

স্বপ্নের অন্তরালে ঢুকছে সময় 
দীর্ঘ আকাশ চূর্ণ করে আসছে শতকোটি হাহাকার 
একটাই প্রশ্ন 
কে বা কারা সৃষ্টি করেছে এই দুর্ভেদ্য অন্ধকারের বৃষ্টি

Faded Light

The dark room enlightened with the birth of a girl 
Thirsty father got tears 
It faded after seventeen years 
Her father sang "my sweet daughter where are you hinding " 
The seventeen candles in sky 
All answered at once 
"Lying beneath the cover of sky".....

Pass the burning cigarette 
I entered the oblivion full of smoke 
But my door is closed
The smoke didn't touched my dark soul 
What will this poor do 
Tears with terrific screams followed

Time moving inside depth of a dream 
Sky broken with thousand screams 
One question remains 
Who is causing the impenetrable darkness to rain ?
